First of all, I'd like to say that there are many other sites which provide a better discussion of Sana and Hayama's relationship than I do. If you're looking for a super in-depth discussion, I suggest you visit Panikku and Kodocha: MB on Crack. Both are excellent.
+ Hayama Akito
Sana and Hayama are complete opposites. Sana is loud and hyper-active, while Hayama is quiet and aloof. They may seem like an odd match, but somehow they work well together. Hayama falls for Sana early on when she helps him with his family troubles. However, it takes Sana a great deal longer to realize she has feelings for him. He manages to steal several kisses from her, among other things, and Sana still remains oblivious to his affections.
Sana finally understands that she is in love with Hayama when she realizes that she doesn't need a reason to love someone. She loves Hayama, and she doesn't need a reason for it. However, timing is not on their side. By the time she realizes she loves Hayama, he is already dating Fuka. Later on, (in the anime) Sana leaves Hayama to go to New York to work on Broadway. In the manga, Hayama leaves Sana to go to Los Angeles for an operation. (These events don't occur at exactly the same time, so my little storyline may be off a bit.)
Don't worry, things *do* work out for Sana and Hayama. They make an adorable couple. (Volume 9 of the manga is the cutest) Even though they have their share of sweet moments, they are still the same Sana and Hayama, bickering constantly. I think the relationship between Sana and Hayama is far more interesting and intense than a "normal" relationship, such as the one between Aya and Tsuyoshi.
+ Kamura Naozumi
Poor Naozumi-kun is a bit obsessed with Sana. He claims that he is her "fan", but it is obviously much more than that. He's actually quite open with his feelings for Sana, but of course she is oblivious of his feelings quite some time. He loves her a great deal, and has no trouble admitting it. Even though the two of them aren't a couple, Naozumi is very protective of Sana.
He constantly places Sana's well-being before his. When Sana's mother releases the essay revealing that she is adopted, Naozumi is quick to admit his past to the public, in hopes that he will draw some of the unwanted attention away from her. He does the same sort of thing happens on several occasions, and even goes as far as burning his back to shield Sana from a fire.
However much Naozumi may love Sana, she just doesn't love him anymore than a friend. They actually *do* date for a while in the New York arc of the anime (not in the manga), but Sana's heart still belongs to Hayama. I think the two of them would make a very cute couple if Hayama weren't around.
+ Sagami Rei
Rei was Sana's first love. It was an innocent love, but I do believe it was love. When Sana was a little girl, she asked him to be her boyfriend and he couldn't refuse. It seemed innocent enough at first, but as time progressed, Sana began taking their "relationship" more seriously. Rei did not want to hurt her, so he continued pretending - to the point where he was willing to sacrifice his relationship with Asako.
When Sana finally realized what was going on, she was left heart-broken.. and rather embarrassed. (Enter: Hayama!) Sana eventually gets over her heartache, and Rei decides that if he can't be the best boyfriend for Sana, he'll be the best manager! .. Although he does seem to take this a little too far at times. Rei does mean well, and he truly love Sana, though it is not a romantic love.
+ Sasaki Tsuyoshi
Ah, naive little Tsuyoshi-kun. He fell in "love" with Sana in 5th grade when she gave him a leftover valentine. He was a bit infatuated with her for a while, but I don't think he really loved her all that much. Sana remained pretty much oblivious to Tsuyoshi's affections the entire time, even when he confessed. Anyway. Tsuyoshi got over Sana rather quickly when he found out that Aya-chan liked him. The two of them remained good friends afterward.
+ Ishida
Ishida-kun is a big fan of Sana's. He's also a *tad* infatuated with her. The poor guy gets a nosebleed anytime he's near her.. not to mention *talking* to her! He does finally work up the courage to ask her out, and Sana, being the sweet girl that she is, didn't want to hurt his feelings. She lies to him and says she's dating Naozumi-kun. It was a sweet thing to do at the time, but that little white lie comes back to haunt her.
